Returns

You can request a return within 7 from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Certain items such as Book, Ebook , Bracelet, Rudraksh, Pooja Items e.g., personalized products, digital downloads, etc.] are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-15 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
